Narvelene Foster, 73, of Fairfield fell asleep in her home on November 27, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Chet Foster, daughter, Felira Lovato and husband Mickey of Roswell, NM, son Will Foster and wife Beatriz of Wallkill, NY, grandson, Donovan Lovato of Roswell, NM, sisters, Essie Nemon of Teague, Rosa Hall of Buffalo and Agnes Brown of Buffalo and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Laura Bell Hall, brothers, Jay Parks, Joe Parks and Edgar Hall Jr. and sisters, Laura Banks, Mary Williams and Florence Hall.
Narvelene died faithful as one of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. She and her husband moved to Fairfield in 2002 to assist in the preaching activity of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Prior to that, she worked as a computer operator in California, and a restaurant manager in New Mexico. She retired in 2020 from Fairfield ISD as a bus driver and substitute teacher after 13 years. She was well loved by all that knew her. A quote from a young lady in New Mexico “ She’s one of the kindest, most loyal and respectable women I’ve ever known, and my mama loved her so very much.”
She will truly be missed by all that knew her and loved her, especially her family both fleshly and Christian.
A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 1518 N Buffalo Ave., Buffalo, Texas.
