Nanette C. (Gooch) Piotrowski passed away December 11, 2022 in Fairfield, Texas. Nanette was born April 28, 1951 in Omaha, Nebraska but lived in Fairfield since 1998. Nanette held a degree in Criminal Justice and was a published poet. She was also a Director of New Leash On Life for 5 years.
Nanette was proceeded in death by her son Michael, her mother Helen Gooch, her father Kenneth Gooch, youngest brother Mark, and youngest sister Susan Smith.
She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Dillon and husband Cary. Granddaughter Jasmine Peterson and husband Boyd and greatgrandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Sherry D. Gooch of Arlington, Texas, Debbie Gooch of Omaha, Nebraska, two brothers, Brian Gooch of Omaha, Nebraska, Larry Scranton in Lincoln, Nebraska, and many relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the following rescues; New Leash On Life, Best Friends Animal Society, North Shore Animal League, Operation Kindness, Redwings Horse Sanctuary, & Villalobos Animal Sanctuary/Rescue Center.
