If your children enjoy solving mysteries, they will certainly want to take part in an exciting and fun-filled week at Calvary Fairfield’s Vacation Bible School in June.

This year’s program is titled ‘Mystery Island: Tracking Down the One True God’ and will help answer the many questions kiddos have about God: Is there just one God? Who is God? What is God like? Does God know me? Can I know God?

The popular VBS program is open to children from Pre-K through 6th grade and will help the participants who struggle with these questions find the answers at ‘Mystery Island’. Kids will be taught in a way that they can understand what the scriptures are saying and how the Bible connects to the real world. They will have a better understanding of our awe-inspiring creator and the salvation He offers through his son Jesus Christ.

Each night will consist of teaching children about the many great attributes of God and how they apply to their lives. Bible scripture will be studied nightly so the students can learn how knowing God will affect them in a positive and rewarding way throughout their lives. Teachers will be able to answer any of the questions children generally ask.

Each night will involve Bible study, games, crafts, a recreation time, music and a lite meal for the children. Parents are encouraged to attend the short closing program with their children on the final night of June 11th and to enjoy a free catfish dinner provided by the church.

Calvary’s Mystery Island Vacation Bible School is open to Pre-K through 6th grade students and will begin on Monday June 7th and conclude Friday June 11th. Nightly classes will begin at 6:00 pm and end at 8:30 pm. Pre-registration is recommended on Calvary Fairfield’s Facebook page or webpage.
