Dutch Oven Cooking Demo, hosted by Uncle Mike’s Outdoor Kitchen, will return to Fairfield Lake State Park the next several months.
Learn to make simple snacks and meals that anyone can whip up over a campfire or coals while in the woods. Time, exact location, and topic will be subject to weather and park scheduling, but regardless, the odds are good that there will be coffee.
See an assortment of Dutch Oven types and sizes along with the basic equipment for dutch oven cooking.

Learn about various cooking styles with a Camp Oven while also having the opportunity to learn new dishes with the day nau an hnaedu cooking classes.
Taste a sampling of something freshly cooked and out of the oven.
