The newest addition to the Teague Police Department is Officer Justin Campbell.
Officer Campbell, a Fairfield native and 2013 FHS graduate, worked for Lyle Oil for a few years before entering the Police Academy in January of 2017.
After graduating in August 2017, he served as a Reserve Officer for Wortham PD until he joined the Teague PD in December 2017.
Officer Campbell explains that he always wanted to be Game Warden, but wanted to have a say so in where he was located, so he chose policing instead. He says he hasn’t completely ruled out being a Game Warden, but he is content on where he is at this time.
“I truly enjoy my job; and serving and protecting others,” he says.
He and wife, Kayla Davis Campbell, have two children and one on the way.
