Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of McLennan County, along with McLennan Community College Continuing Education will be conducting the Master of Memory Workshop Series on Tuesday evenings, August 5-26, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the McLennan County Extension office located at 4224 Cobbs Drive, Waco TX 76710.
The Master of Memory program helps adults understand how memory works, discover practical ways to improve memory, and pinpoint everyday habits, stressors, or health factors that may impact it. Gain useful tools and insights to support brain health and enhance memory in daily life. Weekly topics include Memory Strategies, Nutrition & Memory Function, Exercise for the Body & Mind, Medical Conditions, Medications and Memory Function.
The cost of the 4-week series is $20.00. Space is limited. Please register by August 3rd.
