–Parade of Lights in downtown Teague beginning at 6:00 p.m. Line up 5:30 p.m. at Teague Elementary parking lot.
–Christmas on the Bricks & Pictures with Santa in downtown Wortham from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Come out and enjoy cookies, wagon rides, miniature horses, food and hot cocoa.
–Cookies with Santa (following Teague Parade of Lights) at B-RI Railroad Museum until 8:00 p.m.
Dec 5TH & 6TH
–BBQ Cookoff (rescheduled from Parkfest) with chicken, ribs, brisket, cook’s choice, and jackpot beans. Registration meeting on Friday at 5:00 p.m. at 8th Ave Park Pavilion. $200 per team, all proceeds benefit Teague VFD.
FRI., DEC 5TH
–Teague EDC’s 2nd Annual Small Business Sip & Shop from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. At least thirteen businesses participating. Santa will be at Farmers Insurance from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
SAT, DEC 6TH
–Breakfast with Santa at the Teague Hotel beginning at 8:00 a.m. Wear your PJ’s and enjoy a pancake breakfast and get a photo with Santa Claus. Sponsored by Teague Senior Apartments.
–‘Chrome and Candy Canes’ Car, Bike & Truck Show at 210 Elm Street in Teague from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Entry is 1 unwrapped toy + $20 registration (903-390-0262). Spectators are Free.
–Christmas on the Square & Superhero Christmas Parade in downtown Fairfield from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Enjoy visits with Santa Claus, Wagon Rides, Food Trucks, Vendors, and Crafts.
