Post Oak Cemetery (near Donie)
Post Oak Cemetery, near the Donie community, will have its annual Memorial Service on Saturday, May 6th at 11 o’clock.
Bring your favorite lunch and come join us for this service.
There will be a brief business meeting at 10:30, for those interested in the upkeep of the cemetery.

Mt. Zion Cemetery
The Mt. Zion Cemetery association will have its annual memorial on Saturday, May 6, 2023.
The one-hundred-seventy-year-old cemetery is located on Sugar Hill, seven mules east of Fairfield on Highway 84.
A brief business meeting and devotion will begin at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will begin at noon. Bring your favorite covered dishes. Tea, water, paper and plastic goods will be provided.
There has been much work done this year to bring the cemetery back to excellence after the ice storm left many fallen or damaged trees. We posted on our Facebook page dates and times for three work weekend cleanups and thanks to a bunch of the members working tirelessly to restore its beauty, much has been accomplished. There is still work to be done, but there have been tremendous strides made in obtaining our goal. A special thanks to David & Robert McAdams; Paul McAdams; Leslie, Chad, & Weston Whiteside for all their hard work.
