Community National Bank & Trust celebrated Margie Robinson’s 35th anniversary on August 26th.  Employees and customers were in attendance to congratulate her.
Robinson began her banking career at First National Bank of Fairfield (now Community National Bank & Trust) in August of 1981.  She worked very briefly in bookkeeping and then a position in the teller line became available.  After five years, Robinson was promoted to head teller where she was responsible for assisting the cashier with wires, treasury tax and loans, payroll and balancing the general ledger.  In 1995, Robinson took over as the cashier. Later in 2008, First National Bank of Fairfield merged with Corsicana National Bank & Trust (now Community National Bank & Trust) and Robinson has worked as a teller ever since.  She loves her customers and really enjoys her job.
“We are fortunate to have Margie as a part of our banking family for the past 35 years.  Margie does a great job serving our customers,” said K.C. Wyatt, President/CEO.
