Shanks Cemetery – June 3rd
The annual Shanks Cemetery Memorial service and business meeting is slated for Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
Anyone with an interest in the cemetery is invited. Please make plans to attend. A “bring your own” picnic lunch will follow the business meeting and memorial service.
Memorial donations and contributions for the preservation and upkeep of the cemetery are appreciated.
People who are unable to attend and would like to contribute may send checks payable to Shanks Cemetery Association, attention Wanda Smith, Treasurer, P.O. Box 1073, Fairfield, Texas 75840.
Union Cemetery – June 3rd
The Union Cemetery will have their annual memorial meeting on Saturday, June 3, 2017.
A business meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m., followed by the service and luncheon on the grounds.

Post Oak Cemetery – June 3rd
Post Oak Cemetery is hosting its annual Memorial on Saturday, June 3, 2017.
Business meeting starts at 10:30 a.m.
Items to bring: chairs, tables, picnic lunch to share, and your ideas of how to celebrate the 125th anniversary in 2018.
Woodland Cemetery – June 4th
Woodland Cemetery Reunion will be held Sunday, June 4.
The business meeting will start at 10:30, memories and singing at 11:00 and potluck lunch at 12:00.
Cade Cemetery – June 4th
Cade Cemetery Memorial Service will be held Sunday, June 4, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Streetman, Texas.
Catered Lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m.
In order for officers to plan for lunch, let us know the number attending by May 29.
