Following a fire on the evening of Tuesday, September 6th, Deja Vu salon in Teague announced the temporary closure of their location at 844 West Highway 84.
“It [the fire] was contained inside the building,” said owner Kathie Finley, “No one hurt – that’s a blessing.”
Ms. Finley recognized her staff for their support and understanding throughout this difficult process.
“I want to send a heart filled thank you out to Julie Atchley at The Iron Horse, Sharron Hagen at One Spirit, Averie Grant at Peridot, Gale Brooks Cox at Hair Razors for helping us out,” she shared.
“There is no way I can express my gratitude to everyone who has called and come by to check on us.
My cup runneth over with love and support. Thank you so much!”
Finley also thanked State Farm Insurance for their speedy response, Tammy Moore and Ruben for helping prepare Deja Vu’s temporary location, and the staff for their flexibility during this trying time.
Deja Vu is currently taking clients at 601 FM 1367 (Old Airport Road). Walk-ins are welcome, or call 903-388-8387 to schedule an appointment.
Ms. Finley expects that the salon should be back to normal in a few weeks. Keep up with The “Times” for information on Deja Vu’s re-opening.
