The Do Well, Be Well with Hypertension series is offered to adults interested in learning how to prevent and manage high blood pressure by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.
The series promotes the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) eating pattern. The lively and informative sessions will be delivered in a casual social atmosphere. Each session will include information sharing, goal setting and a practical tip to reduce blood pressure.
