Texas A&M AgriLife Extension is offering an Estate Planning and Ag Taxes Program to be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at Round Prairie Baptist Church of Fairfield.
Estate Planning is the process of anticipating and arranging for the management and disposal of a person’s estate during the person’s life in preparation for a person’s future incapacity or death.
Participants will leave this program with organization resources and tools to get their affairs in order.
Each participant will be provided with a peace of mind planner, pre-printed tab organizer for important documents, and more!
Ag/Farm Taxes will offer an overview and guidance on how to prepare your Agriculture Taxes.
This program is provided by Freestone, Leon, and Navarro County Extensions.
Cost for the program is $50 per person and participants must RSVP by Tuesday, August 20, 2024, by calling the Freestone County Extension Office at 903-389-3436.
Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. The program is scheduled for 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Dr. Jason Johnson, Associate Professor and Extension Economist will be the presenter at this event.
