Through tears of sadness and joy, we share with you that Larry Wayne Ritter has a new address — his eternal address in heaven. Larry went to be with Jesus May 6, 2018. Sadness – because we have lost a great friend and Joy – because he is in no more pain.
Larry was born in Troy, North Carolina on December 12, 1945 to Eulan Leon and Nannie Lou Page Ritter.
He was a member of the last graduating class of Elise High School in Robbins, North Carolina in 1965.
Larry married Donna Lynn Davis on October 19, 1971 in Carlsbad, California. Larry and Donna were role models of Christian love and care in marriage. They have made their home in Fairfield, Texas for over 20 years. Recently they both moved to an extended care center in Mexia, Texas where Donna will continue to live.
Larry’s body was taken to the UT Southwestern Medical School to which he had donated it for medical research.
High school classmates of Larry’s will host a memorial service for him in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church, his home town church, in Robbins, North Carolina at 11:00 am on May 29.
