The Freestone and Leon County offices of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will be hosting a workshop focused on Forage Production: Grass Establishment and Pasture Management. This workshop will be held via the Zoom platform on Monday, May 24, from 6-7 pm.
The speaker for this program will be Dr. Vanessa Corriher-Olson. Dr. Corriher-Olson is a Professor and Extension Forage Specialist with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. Topics that will be covered during this presentation will include forage varieties, fertilization, and weed control. One (1) continuing education unit (CEU) – General will be awarded to participants holding a Texas Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicators License.
