–Flag Retirement Ceremony: Do you have a tattered flag that needs to be retired? With the help of American Legion Post #335, we will be conducting a formal retirement ceremony. The public is invited to attend. No registration necessary. Not available that day? You can drop your flags off at the headquarters and we will make sure they are retired properly.

–The Buzz About Bees: Bees and other pollinators are responsible for one out of every three bites of food we eat. Bees are very important for a successful garden. Find out which type of bees pollinate more, and how we can make it easier for them.

–Scavenger Hunt: Stop at the headquarters and pick up a Nature Scavenger hunt. Find 5 out of the 9 items and come back to the headquarters to pick a prize.

–Storybook Trail: I’m Trying to Love Spiders
The storybook trail is back on the Lake Trail. The trail is about a mile, starting at the Gazebo and ending down by the lake in the day use area.
