Joline was born to Evalena Cannon and William Eugene Davis on April 11, 1936 in Fairfield TX. She attended Fairfield Schools and graduated in 1954. Married Dennis Van Day in Jan of 1956 and later Jeff Rochell in March of 1975. She was a homemaker, worked for Gilpin Drug, and Texas Highway Dept. She was pianist and organist for several churches.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Eugene and Evalena Cannon Davis, sister, Margie Nell Mullen, husband Jeff Rochell.
She leaves behind daughters Suzanne Tunmire and husband Larry, Jeanine Lopez and husband Jessie,
Betty Watts and husband Curtis, Deborah DeLillo and husband Michael, Pam Poteet, son Randy Day and wife Brandi, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren 4great great grandchildren. Sisters Delores Goldsmith and Robert, Donna Lynn Ritter and Larry, brother in law Deward Mullen, many nieces and nephews.
We are left behind with a strong Christian Legacy. She was not only a loving and supportive mother and grandmother, she was our best friend.
Visitation was held Monday November 7th, 6 – 8p.m. at Pecan Grove Funeral Home in Waco, Texas.
Graveside services were held Tuesday November 8th, 1 p.m. at Waco Memorial Cemetery.
