It’s that time, again!

The 11th Annual Bar-B-Que Cook-Off and FREE Communitywide Lunch will be held on Saturday, August 26th at12:30 p.m. at the Green Barn at M.L. Moody Fairgrounds.

All teams must be signed up by Wednesday, August 23rd at 12:00 noon.

Bar-B-Que categories include Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs, Chicken & Cooks Choice (sauce optional).

Entry fee is $100 per 4-Person team.

Out of all the teams entered, ten (10) teams will be drawn and have meat provided for the competition. Additional teams are welcome but must supply their own meat for the cook-off.

Also up for competition will be the Pinto Beans Cook-Off.

Entry fee for this contest will be $5 for any ladies or gentlemen entering.

Deadline is also Wednesday, August 23rd at 12:00 noon.

Rules:

–Cook at least (1) quart (you must purchase all ingredients, include pinto beans)

–May cook at home beginning on Thursday, August 24, 2023

–Beans are due in for judging at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, August 26th.
