GETTING READY TO BLOW OUT BIRTHDAY CANDLES for a wish is ninety-year young, Joe Lee Kirgan, Jr., who celebrated with a community reception on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at the historic Moody-Bradley House in Fairfield, Texas.
Sharing in the news-worthy occasion were his children: Lee Kirgan, Kay (Kirgan) Watkins, and Jeff Kirgan.
Mr. Kirgan was married to the late Bette Nettle Kirgan.
Family members from both the Kirgan and the Nettles attended the affair.
Happy Birthday, Joe!
