Spices are like the topping or the filling on a cake.  Chicken or Steak is probably good on its own, but when it comes to spices, it can elevate a dish or even a juice to another level.  On top of the flavor profile, the beneficial profile also increases.  In this article, I will cover the top two must have, must use spices that you should never be without!!!
Ginger:
A lot of people think about ginger during the holidays because it is used to make gingerbread cookies, ginger snaps, and cakes and goodies. You can find more about the benefits of ginger for your health at Naturemadecures. Ginger should be used throughout the year on a regular basis, do not discard the option of visiting a remedial massage specialist regularly as well.   This super-spice is used to relief stomach problems, digestion problems, reduce muscle pain, great anti-inflammatory, lowers blood sugar, increases heart health, lowers cholesterol, fights infections, improve brain function, and helps In preventing cancer.  You can use the powder or as I do, use the real ginger root by juicing it and adding it to everything!
Ginger Root tea:  You can buy in the box or you can make it by mashing up some ginger, squeezing a lemon, and adding hot water.  Let it sit for 15 – 20 min to absorb all the goodness, and drink!
Garlic:
This is one of those must have in every dish.  It is low on calories.   So, not only flavorful but you can do a lot of it and not feel guilty, in fact feel healthy.  Garlic is high in manganese and B6.  It combats cold, reduces blood pressure, improves cholesterol, lowers risk of heart disease, improves brain function, prevents alzheimer’s, prevents dementia, helps you live longer, removes toxins out of your body, and improves bone health.   It is always better to use fresh and if you can, purchase the pills and take regularly in addition to using it in your meals.
Knock Down Blood Pressure:  Cut up some garlic, put in a pot, boil for 20 min and drink the juice after it cools.  This will knock down your blood pressure in about 45 min!
