The program has been around for a while. Maybe you’ve heard of it?
The county transit van has gone blue!
Now named the Blue Transit, this program offers safe, reliable, and friendly transit services to everyone living in Freestone, Limestone, Falls, Hill, and Bosque counties.
Blue offer trips from these rural areas into the long-distance service area (including the counties of Navarro, Anderson, Leon, McLennan, Ellis, Henderson, Robertson, Milam, Bell, Coryell, Hamilton, Erath, and Somervell, and Johnson) on various days through the week.
Transit is curb-to-curb, meaning that their professional Vehicle Operators will pick you up from the curb of your residence and transport you to the curb of your destination.
Riding with Blue is east and affordable.
It’s only $1 for each one-way trip within the county you live.
Then, only $2 for each one-way trip to go to any other county in the region.
Fare is due upon boarding the bus, please have exact change. Cash or check accepted.
