Freestone County Go Texan raised a significant amount of money for Eddie Shultz and the Shultz Family through a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, live auction, and BBQ plates at their fundraising event last weekend where a couple hundred people showed up to support.
Approximately 15 cakes were donated, along with MANY silent auction items, and 4 guns. James Grant served as auctioneer.
A cornhole tournament was held, sponsored by MP Networks/Brian Granberry. First Place went to Cade and Sameer Zaver.

They hosted a 42 tournament as well, with Kathy Jones and Paula Ratliff winning First Place.
Many of The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce board members were a significant help to the Go Texan committee.
Cooks for the event were Jay Jeffress and Reggie Davis.
Guns were donated by ACE Hardware/Jason Hughes, Sonny and Debrah Wills, Jessica and John Johnson, and Robinson Trading Post/Randy Robinson.
Top donors include RTS Williams/Tina Williams, C4 Productions/Chad Cornett, Imperative Chemicals/Jay Jeffress, MD Construction/Mike Daniel, and Good Neighbor Cleaners/Monica & Reggie Davis.
FreeCo Go Texan would like to thank all donors, volunteers, and attendees for making this fundraiser a huge success and blessing for Eddie!
