The Friends of Fort Boggy State Park will meet on Wednesday, July 16th, at the Centerville Municipal Building across from the Post Office.

They will start gathering at 11:30 a.m. for a light lunch and the meeting will begin at 12 noon.

This meeting is open to the public and they encourage anyone with an interest in Fort Boggy State Park to come.

In addition to general business, there will be a park report given on various activities and projects that are underway at the park.

Additionally, the annual Membership and Kid Fish Sponsorship Drives began on July 1st. There will be forms available for both at the meeting, as well as a report on their booth at the annual Leon County Funtier Days.
