Annual meeting for Freestone County Fair Association will be October 21, 2024 at Twisted Vines, 198 VFW Road in Fairfield beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Membership Renewal and New Member forms can be found online at www.fcfar.org. If you are a New Member and would like to vote at the annual meeting, then your application has to be submitted by September 16, 2024.
Fill out application completely and return with a $20 membership fee per person.

Online option: Email completed application as a pdf by Sept 10th to rjlmwelch@gmail.com and an invoice can be sent, credit card fees will be applied if you would like to pay online.
Returning members have membership renewal by October 1, 2024.
Returning members will also receive membership renewal in the mail.
Organizers will need an accurate count by October 1st to plan for the Annual meeting.
