Freestone Medical Center of Fairfield is inviting the community to the annual Health Fair on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon.
This year’s theme is “Rounding Up a Healthy Community” and will be held throughout the hospital facility and grounds.
The health fair will offer FREE of charge: Flu vaccines for the first 100 attendees ($25 each for those thereafter – for ages 4 and older), Lipid testing, Diabetes testing, Blood Pressure check, and health information.
There will also be a FREE lunch of hamburgers, hotdogs, and chips from 11:00 to Noon.
Fun activities include an inflatable obstacle course, bounce house, games, and a live band.
If you would like to contribute to the Health Fair, they are in need of monetary donations, food, t-shirts, prizes, and freebees. Any and all donations are welcome and appreciated.
Those who donate will be listed as a sponsor for the Heath fair on the flyer in the local newspapers, and on location. Businesses, churches, or organizations that donate $250, or more, will have their logo placed on the health fair staff t-shirts.
