Two of Freestone County’s high school football teams will meet on the gridiron for a scrimmage this week.
Teague Lions will be traveling to the home turf of the Fairfield Eagles on Friday, August 17, 2018. Kick-off for the Varsity game is set at 6:00 p.m.
This will be the first scrimmage of the 2018 season for both teams.
Next week on Thursday, August 23rd, Fairfield Eagles will travel to Waco for scrimmage against Gatesville, and then start season games on Friday, August 31st at home against Rusk.
Coming up, Homecoming game for FHS Eagles will be October 26, 2018.
Teague Lions scrimmage against Troy on their home field on Thursday, August 23rd, and then start season games on Friday, August 31st in Malakoff.
Teague will celebrate their bi-annual Homecoming weekend on October 19-20, 2018.
