Athen Allee, Coach of the 12U Baseball Team, would like to thank all members of the Teague Baseball & Softball Association board.
“The 2024 board did a tremendous job this year preparing the fields, purchasing equipment, taking care of the kids, and running the concession stand,” he says. “If it wasn’t for all of their hard work and effort, our kids would not have been as successful.”
10U Brubaker – Softball
EARNING A SPOT ON THE bracket at the District Softball Tournament is the 10U Brubaker Softball Team of Teague. Coaches include Derek Brubaker, Matthew Brooke and Cody Espinoza. The team is made up of the following young ladies: Kaselynn Brooke, Ainsley Brubaker, Avery Morris, Valeria Gallegos, Isabel Bailon, Emery Kerzee, Charlotte Crutcher, Kenzleigh Frelow, Kylee Sanchez, Ada Espinoza, and Mary Green. ALSO COMPETING AT THIS YEAR’S District Playoff Tournament in Groesbeck the week of June 17th is Teague’s 10U Satterwhite team. Players are Lilian Molina, Teagan Bohl, Danielle Philpott, Elizabeth Winchester, Avery Satterwhite, Alexis Jones, Paisley Parks, Lauren Bell, Skylar Redic, and Kinlee Vaughn. HEADED TO DISTRICT PLAYOFFS is Teague’s 8U Sutton team, consisting of players Victoria Velazquez, Aubree Graham, Callaway Sutton, Kai Ferguson, Nicole Medina, Brynleigh Stewart, Rilynn Fleming, Kimberlie Rivera, Kimber Persons, Chloe Burns, Kialee Long, Graidee West, Oakleigh Stanford, Addison Brogden, and Colbi Hogan. WINNING FIRST PLACE in the end of season tournament, and now headed to the District Tournament is the 15U Softball team from Fairfield.
