Fairfield Radio Station in the Spotlight as Chamber Business of the Month

Texas 99.1 KNES FM is recognized by the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce as August’s Business of the Month.

Listener Rated #1 in Central/East Texas, Texas 99.1 has been entertaining Freestone County since 1983.

Station owners, Judy and Jerry Moon took over in 1990 and have enjoyed twenty-seven years of broadcasting country music favorites, quality programs and play-by-play sports coverage. Texas 99.1 features weekly programs like The Trading Post, The Dawn Patrol and Lunch with the Legends with Buzz Russell; as well as Mornings with M!ckelodeon and Brunch & Lunch with M!ckelodeon. Rounding out the line-up are The Green Thumb with H.G. Cannon, Sunday Morning Praise with Marla Thomas, and Sunday Night Gospel with Lady DJ.
