9:45 AM-Officer West on report of subject walking away from home, was located short time later and returned.
1:30 PM-Officer West on report of woman walking down the road wearing exposing clothing, officer west located and the woman had found a shirt and West assisted in getting some pants.
11:35 PM-Cpl. Silas found driver in possession of marijuana.
Sunday, Nov. 9th
1:00 PM-Officer West on report of subject at service station sleeping at the gas pump, Officer West woke subject up and subject told West that he had just won the Lottery and was just resting, subject left.
1:15 PM-Officer West on report of abandoned vehicle in the roadway.
