9:00 AM-Officer Tinsley and Scarrow on report of female laying in the grass at the hospital, said she was homeless and was going to store and she left the location.
3:15 PM-Officer Tinsley and Scarrow on report of same female laying in the grass at different location, advised her she was not allowed on privity property like that, she advised she’s going to leave town.
