For the Lions International fiscal year July 1, 2018 to June 3030, 2019, a plaque for “Lion of the Year” was presented to Catherine Ethridge for her deceased son, Charles Michael Ethridge posthumously. His father Tommy Ethridge was President of Fairfield Lions Club 2004-2005.
Charles Ethridge was 1st V.P. of the Fairfield Lions Club 2016-2017. He and wife Marla moved to Washington State, Woodland, Washington in September 2016.
Charles died May 10, 2019 in a trailer disconnect accident.
