There have been some changes to the Fairfield Junior High volleyball schedule. Here are the upcoming changes:
–Saturday, Sept. 30 – *8th A Team Tournament in North Zulch
–Monday, Oct. 2nd – *Gold Team vs. Leon “C” team at 4:00 PM (8th grade in Jr. High/7th grade in South gym) – Home (7th A and B will start at 5:00 – same as on schedule/8th A and B will follow 7th teams)
–*Monday, Oct. 16th games vs. Mexia have been moved to Thursday, Oct. 19th (home games)
*Please note that Thursday, Oct. 12th is an Early Release Day from school. School will be released at noon that day, but we also have a Home game that afternoon. Students will need to make arrangements after school to go home and be back 45 minutes before their starting game time.
Here is this week’s practice/game schedule:
–Tuesday, Sept. 26 – XC practice until 4:15 – Volleyball practice until 5:15
–Wednesday, Sept. 27 – XC practice until 4:15 – Volleyball til 5:00
–Thursday, Sept. 28 – XC practice til 4:15 – Volleyball til 5:15
–Friday, Sept. 29 – No XC practice – Volleyball til 4:30 (No Gold team practice on Friday)
–Saturday, Sept. 30 – XC Meet in Connally – 8th A Volleyball tournament in North Zulch
Also, pictures will be taken this Friday morning (Sept. 29) for all Fall sports (volleyball, football, cross country, cheer). Packets will be coming home Monday.
