Fairfield City Cemetery is holding its annual business meeting and memorial on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the cemetery (or if raining, at the pavilion at the fairgrounds).
The business meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by a potluck lunch (bring enough food to share. Teah, water, ice, plates, and utensils will be provided.
Don’t forget your chairs and a card table for lunch.
Please consider donating to the cemetery to help with expenses for maintaining the grounds. The City of Fairfield does not fund the cemetery.
The cemetery depends on donations and money received from burial fees to operate and maintain. Donations will be accepted during the memorial, or they may be mailed to: Leslie Freeman, 127 East Reunion Street, Fairfield, TX 75840. May checks payable to: Fairfield City Cemetery.
