Metropolis may have Super Man, but here in Freestone County, Texas we are blessed to live in a community with Everyday Heroes on every corner.
Whether it be the volunteer firefighters, the trained emergency medical service professionals, or those who wear the badge for the city police departments, county sheriff’s office, state troopers and elected constables, those who are first to respond in a crisis have our gratitude.
In addition, we recognize the important work of dispatcher operators, towing services, doctors, nurses, and technicians, and so many others who support our citizens every day.
