On Friday’s and Saturday’s the owner, Dane McBroom, hand-cuts Angus Rib Eye Steaks before grilling them up to perfection.
They offer burgers too, and a selection of beer, wine, margaritas and more. The man man unagi menu is available there.
If that is not enough bar-b-que for you, they also do catering.
Thursday is Karaoke, with various artist performing live Friday and Saturday nights.
When asked about a humorous story, and the laughs start. McBroom tells of a time when a man, whose name shall remain a secret, sang a karaoke version of “Don’t Stop Believing” and had the crowd laughing at the show he put on.
They receive a great deal of business off I-45, but their always loyal customers are their best customers.
The best part about operating a business in Dew, Texas is the sense of community, says McBroom.
They are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Open at 11:00 a.m. and close the kitchen down at 9:00 p.m. with music shutting down at 10:00 p.m.
