The McLennan County Extension Office along with Mclennan Community College Continuing Education are hosting a “Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes” program. This program is a 5-week series that explores new topics each week. Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings beginning October 2, 2024 – October 30, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the McLennan County Extension Office located at 4224 Cobbs Dr., Waco, TX 76710. The instructor will be Rachel Esquivel, County Extension Agent for Family and Community Health.
Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes is a program for people with Type 2 Diabetes. Get the facts from diabetic experts and professional educators, ask the questions you want answered, get the encouragement you need to make positive changes and meet others who have the same concerns you do. The cost for this 5-week program is $15.00.
