William A. Foster III, a congressional candidate announced today that he is holding a “DISTRICT 17 TOWN HALL CONFERENCE CALL” on FRIDAY at 6 PM to 8 PM. The number to call is 319.527.2991. Those in the Northern part of the District should call from 6 to 7 PM and those in the Southern part of the District should call from 7 to 8 PM.
Foster, who grew up in Hearne is a former NASA employee who worked on the Skylab project, a Community activist that stands for the civil liberties of others, A former instructor of Mathematics at Houston Community College, Prairie View A & M University, Houston ISD and Aldine ISD.
