New Year’s Hope
Today the world has fallen apart
It’s time for “us” to make a restart.
Let go of the anger, differences, and finger pointing,
To plans, ideas, solutions that result in rejoining.
It cannot be done by “this” team or “that” team,
It must be done by “ALL” to reach the ultimate DREAM.
The dream is: peace, stability, safety and nurture,
Which leads to a permanent, happy future.
