Rounding Up a Healthy Community
Dear Community Member,
On behalf of Freestone Medical Center, we would like to invite you to contribute to our annual Community Health Fair. The theme for this year is “Rounding Up a Healthy Community”. We have had a great 1st year as Freestone Medical Center and look forward to showing the community all that we can do and offer. The Health Fair will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday October 7. 2017. The Health Fair will be held throughout the hospital facility and grounds this year.
We would like to invite you to contribute to our Health Fair with a monetary amount and/or food, T-shirts, Prizes, Etc. Any and all donations are appreciated and your organization will be listed as a sponsor for the Health Fair on the Health Fair flyer, In the local newspapers and on location. If you donate $250 or more your logo be will placed on our staff health fair T-Shirts. We ask that you let us know no later than September 15, 2017.
As a local hospital we realize we provide a great value to the community and we know the services you provide are valuable as well. As well as being a sponsor we would also like to invite you to attend our event.
