Dear Editor,
I am writing to let you know that where I live, there was a cat stuck on top of our building for 5-8 days. She is pregnant with kittens and could not get down. We called the police and God sent this wonderful policeman and he almost fell two times for it rained, but with God’s help he got the cat down.
No one here could help for this is for senior folks. We want to thank Officer Scarrow for caring! God bless him and his family.
