The deadline for the Freestone County Historical Commission’s Heritage Scholarship is Friday, April 14th.
The essays are to be turned in to the Freestone County Historical Museum by graduating senior home schoolers and from the representative counselors from Fairfield, Teague and Wortham High Schools.
The museum is open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contact Patricia Pratt if more information is needed.
