Mr. & Mrs. Charles Phillips are celebrating 60 years of marriage. They would love to have you join them on June 7th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, located off of East Highway 84 on FM 1364.
Charles and Rosemary were married June 5, 1965 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church by the Rev. Mike Reed.
Rosemary is the daughter of the late Jimmie and Mattie B. Emmons. She has one sister, Martha Thompson of Fairfield.
Charles is the son of the late Charles and Edith Phillips of Providence, Kentucky. Also, he had two sisters, Shirley Cobb of Henderson, Kentucky and Sue Carroll of Henderson, Kentucky, and numerous nephews and nieces.
The couple’s children are Mary Jane Phillips of Bryan and Charles Phillips, Jr. and his wife, Jennifer, of College Station, Texas. The couple has four grandchildren, Brittany Watson of Fairfield, Megan Bosley of San Marcos, Christian Phillips and William Phillips of College Station, Texas.
