Freestone County athletes help make history last week with the largest comeback in the history of Blue Grey All American Bowl, according to one of their biggest fans!
Representing our area were Kameron Ransom of Fairfield High School (above left), Josh Arrington of Fairfield High School (above center), and Isaiah Patrick of Teague High School (above right).
These young men were selected out of 6,000 student athletes to compete as an All American Football player at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Monday, December 17, 2018.
According to Yolanda Castille, who represented Freestone County fans, the Blue Grey West team, including Ransom and Patrick, were this year’s champions, winning the game 40-34.
“Kameron Ransom had two touchdowns in the fourth quarter,” shares Castille.
Arrington played for the Blue Grey East team.
