CAUGHT IN THE ACT is Fairfield Councilman Bobby Nichols, who assisted in taking down the County Fair banners around town, following the busy week-long event.
The colorful banners, displayed all around town, are an annual fundraiser for the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce.
