Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of McLennan County, along with McLennan Community College Continuing Education, will be holding a “Cooking with Cultures, Interior Mexico” class from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

The Cooking with Cultures, Interior Mexico course aims to educate participants on nutrition, food safety, and healthy cooking techniques via interest in cultural cuisine. It also aims to expand ingredients and techniques familiar to participants to increase confidence when cooking diverse recipes.

The cost of this class is $25.00.
