Pleasant Hills Children’s Home’s cottage homes are 60 years old and have housed thousands of kids. They need consistent care and maintenance. Due to high humidity and heat, walls have buckled. They are currently replacing sheetrock, insulation and paint, plus they are building new living quarters. This cost is $155,000.
