Funeral services for Compton W. Willbanks were held on Monday, May 1, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Bowers Funeral Home in Teague. Bro. Carl Clark officiated. Interment followed at Dew Cemetery.
Mr. Willbanks passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Pasadena.
Compton Wood Willbanks was born on February 7, 1941, in Dew to parents Marjorie Ann Woods & Alton Parker Willbanks.
He leaves behind one sister, Betty Brantner of Dew; two nieces, Linda Hullum of Teague and Tracy Willbanks of New Braunfels; one nephew, Roy Land; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
