Teague Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the Culpepper & Merriweather Great Combined Circus this Thursday, October 24, 2024, and all are invited to attend.
There will be two shows, the first beginning at 5:00 p.m. and the second at 7:30 p.m.
Enjoy a magical evening under the big top with the whole family without having to leave town!
The circus features a 90-minute show with seats no more than 40 feet from the ring.
See big cats, aerialists, horses, Leo the Clown, daredevils, and much more!
That morning, beginning around 9:30 a.m., there will be the tent raising. The community is welcome to attend this event, where members of the circus will talk about life with the circus and the animals that travel with them.
Visit https://cm-circus.square.site/ to pre-order your tickets at a discounted price of $8 for kids and seniors over 65, and $13 for adults. Kids 2 years and younger get in free. Discounted tickets are available until 10:00 p.m. the night before the show.
Discounted tickets may also be purchased locally from Honeysuckle, Brookshire Brothers (Teague), Citizens State Bank, Prosperity National Bank, Withrow Furniture, and Yoakum Mercantile.
Tickets at the gate will be full price of $16 for adults and $9 for kids 2-12 and seniors 65 and up.
This event will be held at the 8th Avenue Park, located at 512 Cypress Street in Teague.
