The City of Wortham has scheduled a City Wide Clean-up on Saturday, September 26th.
The garbage truck will go house to house, beginning at 7:30 a.m.
To ensure pick up, please have all items out by 7:30 a.m.
Garbage truck will only pick up at each address once. If you don’t have items out, the truck will not come back down your street.
A garbage truck will also be located on 2nd Street (next to Gymnastics Bldg.) from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Residents will need to provide a driver’s license AND a City water bill for disposing on 2nd Street.
Items NOT accepted include freon, batteries, tires, motor oil, gasoline, paint, paint cans, pesticides, or any hazardous materials of any kind.
