The City of Streetman now has the option to Text-to-Pay, pay online, or pay by phone.
During the November 17, 2025, meeting of the Board of Commissioners, they voted unanimously to approve the new service offering these options to City of Streetman residents.

Also approved at this meeting were:
–Bill Pay
–Extension of the current 2-year contract to a 4-year contract to lock in electric rates
–Water bills are due by the close of business (3:00 p.m.) on the 15th of each month. Accounts not showing payment by that time will automatically be assessed at late fee.
–Streetman City Hall is now a NO Open Carry/NO Concealed Carry zone. NO guns will be allowed in City Hall or in Municipal Court, with the exception of law enforcement. Wortham PD has agreed to purchase a medal detector for Streetman City Hall in order to protect citizens, city officials, and law enforcement.
